A new joint central agency has been announced on the 67.5-metre Icon Yachts superyacht Loon, now listed for sale with Jim McConville of Merle Wood & Associates and Kevin Bonnie of IYC.
Designed by British studio RWD, with interior by Studio Linse, the steel and aluminium motor yacht is presented in turnkey condition following a 2025 refit.
Stepping on board, guests are greeted with a raised main deck pool with panels of glass allowing light to filter through and illuminate the beach club below.
Forward is a formal dining area with the option of opening up the doors to the deck for an indoor-outdoor feel. This moves seamlessly into the main saloon, characterised by light pinks and cream tones.
Accommodation is bright and airy with a seven-cabin layout for up to 13 guests. The layout features an owner's suite on the main deck, complete with a private staircase leading up to an exclusive upper lounge or office with 180-degree views and its own exterior sunbathing area. This unique space offers privacy and flexibility, with the potential to be converted into an additional VIP cabin, creating an eight-cabin configuration similar to her sistership.
On the lower deck, there are four double guest cabins, all equipped with en suite bathrooms. There is further space for 18 crew members.
Aft, the lower deck beach club features a bar, gym and massage room, with sun beds and easy access to the water. Loon was extended by five metres in 2014 by Icon Yachts. The result enlarged the beach club considerably, complemented by twin staircases leading up to the main deck aft.
One unconventional design feature connects the beach club directly with the lower deck guests' cabins, meaning guests can walk out of their cabins straight towards the sea.
The upper deck features a spacious saloon with two large sofas on either side of the room, surrounded by large windows for a light and airy space. Aft, there is a dining table for 12 on the upper deck for another al fresco option.
Moving forward, there is another double guest cabin with an en suite, and a sky lounge even further forward.
Up top, the sun deck features a jacuzzi aft, flanked by sun pads for the ultimate sun-bathing spot. The captain's cabin and controls are also located on this deck. Forward, there is a large sun pad area with uninterrupted views off the front of the boat.
The 1,295GT yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU diesel engines, totalling 4,960hp, giving her a top speed of 16 knots, cruising speed of 12.5 knots and range of 6,000 nautical miles. Tenders are stowed in a garage forward, keeping the decks clear.
Loon is now asking $42,950,000. VAT is paid.
