A new central agency has been announced on the first 52-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Seven Sins, now listed for sale with Maël Fiolet and Leonardo Tonelli of Camper & Nicholsons.

Seven Sins is the first unit in the Italian yard's 52 Steel series, delivered in 2017 to a complete design by Officina Italiana Design. The following year, the motor yacht took home a coveted Neptune at the 2018 World Superyacht Awards, applauded for her elegant lines, huge outdoor spaces and contemporary interior that, lit through huge windows, provides "incredible exterior views".

According to her broker, she has been meticulously maintained with two yard periods per year and is also equipped with brand new generators, delivered in turnkey condition. Maël Fiolet notes she "blends contemporary design, strong charter appeal and meticulous maintenance...making her a serious opportunity in today’s market".

The main saloon is arranged as a sequence of lounge spaces in place of a formal dining area, with marble tables, glossy surfaces and a television concealed within a mirrored panel. It is a light, open space thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows flanking the room.

Aft, the main deck benefits from an al fresco dining space with a large built-in sofa for lounging. Her standout feature is a glass-bottomed pool that offers unobstructed views from the stern.

Seven Sins can sleep up to 11 guests in five cabins, comprising a master suite, two doubles and two twins. All cabins feature leathers in warm tobacco brown and cool white, as well as bronze mirror television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of 11.

Formal dining is found in the upper salon, with a secondary lounge that gives the space a dual purpose. A Carrara marble staircase with floating treads connects each level, while a glass wine cooler on the main deck stands as a statement feature in its own right.

One of the highlights on board Seven Sins is her large beach club area, set beneath a glass-bottom swimming pool on the main deck, with fold-out balconies, a gym and a sauna. When not in use, the area transforms into a floodable drive-in tender garage.

Meanwhile, the sundeck is likely to be the most popular al fresco spot on board. With loose furniture from Paola Lenti, it offers a range of sunloungers aft, comfortable seating around coffee tables, a dining table for 12, and a glamorous bar clad in silver-flecked granite that shimmers in the sunlight. It comes as no surprise that she is also a popular charter yacht.

Power for the 499GT yacht for sale comes from two 2000hp Caterpillar 3512-C diesel engines, providing a top speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 4,400 nautical miles when cruising at 11 knots. Key specs include a 9.35-metre beam and a draught of 2.65 metres.

Seven Sins is now asking €25,500,000, currently lying in Viareggio.
